SAS are ****ing insane guys though. They are pretty much what most countries special forces are based off of.

Yeah I watched this two hour program about both forces during training and it was crazy as hell. Just wondering what the UK posters think? Ken

To be honest I don't know enough about either to voice any sort of opinion. I am aware that the SAS are the best of the best and serious bastards...but then so are the US Special Forces guys as far as I know. All I know is what I see in films and that can't be taken too seriously.
